Discount Computer Service Plans

In these troubled economic times, many businesses and home users are trying to find ways to cut costs, while not sacrificing quality. That's why RJM Tech Support now offers discounted, pre-paid service plans to home and business clients.

The way the plan works is simple: Clients pay in advance by cash or good check for a given number of service hours, and receive a substantial discount from the base price-per-hour for their geographic service zone.

For example, if the base price for your geographic area is $115.00/ hour, the following discounts would apply:

Five-hour prepaid plan: Discount of 7.5 percent, resulting in a cost-per-hour of $106.38
Ten-hour prepaid plan: Discount of 14 percent, resulting in a cost-per-hour of $98.90
Twenty-hour prepaid plan: Discount of 20 percent, resulting in a cost-per-hour of $92.00

What's the Catch?

None, really. A few conditions do apply, however:

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the hours must be used within 12 months of purchase or rolled into a new plan at their expiration.
Hours must be used during regular business hours. If work is needed during off-hours or weekends, the amount of hours subtracted from your account will be adjusted by the shift differential factor.
Hours can be used for any service routinely provided by the company.
These plans cover labor costs for tech support. Any needed hardware or software must be paid for by the client.
