Dear clients and friends:

I'm both happy and sad to announce that I'm getting out of the I.T. Support business. I've decided to devote myself full-time to Web design and to move to the country, which has been my plan for a long time. Although I was born and raised in Brooklyn, I've never been a city boy at heart.

I'm happy that I'm finally realizing my dream, but sad to leave all of you. I've always considered my clients to be my friends, as well, and I'll miss you all. You'll be happy to know, however, that you aren't being left out in the cold. I am officially recommending my friend and colleague Jason Miller and his fine company, IOWorks Computer Services, as my replacement.

Jason and I think a lot alike. We both recognize that people, not machines, are the most important part of our business. We both consider our clients to be our friends, and we treat them accordingly. We both strive to keep our rates competitive. And most importantly, we both believe that state-of-the-art technology and old-fashioned customer service are an unbeatable combination.

So all that being said, I urge you to give Jason a call. You can find his site here. I give him my highest recommendation, and I know you won't be disappointed with his work.
